Since moving in with Kev, like I have already mentioned, I quite enjoy cooking for the two of us. I can’t say how long I will love it for until I get sick of it, but for now let’s just keep saying I love cooking.
Some of you requested that I share some of my recipes on my blog and I would love to! However, I just “stole” the recipes from recipe books and websites but that doesn’t mean I can’t share them with you, right? – as long as I credit them, of course - I don’t actually have any recipes with me as of right now but here is one of my favourite dishes I have made so far.
The ingredients consist of chicken schnitzel, pasta sauce and Parmesan cheese. It doesn’t get any simpler than that. But there are some other dishes I have made that may need more explaining so I will begin putting that together for you and share with you what I have been cooking lately in another post.
Also, these are some cookies I baked one afternoon from cookie dough that was already premade (I’m such a master chef, am I not?)
If you have any recipes you love cooking at home, please do feel free to share them. I need to step away from simple Italian dishes and expand my horizons to something much greater!
The schnitzel looks amazing! Who doesn't love pre made cookie dough? You can enjoy freshly baked warm cookies in minutes with absolutely no fuss :)

Cooking by yourself is actually one of the most gratifying things ever! These are neat creations and have me hungry at this hour, darn. Also I highly suggest you check out Sorted Food on Youtube; all their recipe videos are creative, incredibly easy to follow and amusing too. I'm sure you'd like it x
ReplyDeleteI couldn't agree any more. :D
DeleteOMG... ok ! I want cookies now.
ReplyDeleteThat looks delicious! I am extremely lazy when it comes to getting food for myself, I do enjoy cooking (quite a bit actually), but I can never muster the motivation to actually begin. When I do though, I love it. :)
ReplyDeleteIn terms of recommendations, I love making stir fries and asian noodle dishes when I cook, there's this one recipe from Cider with Rosie that is really good, if you like that sort of thing.
I feel you, Emma! I felt the exact same way living at my family home but now I actually have a reason to cook (because no one else, apart from Kev, is going to cook for me, right?) So I kind of have to cook for myself and I love it. :)
DeleteThanks for the suggestion. And it's great to see you back. :)
Those cookies look so delicious! Might have to whip some up :D
