I'm Stressing Out! + Interior Inspiration

4.2.15

Hi everyone!

I have missed you so, so much and it hasn’t even been that long.

Everything has been going very well – only half the truth – and it has been just over two weeks since Kev and I have moved in together – the whole truth. The reason why I say it is only “half the truth” when I said, “everything has been going very well” is because everything has been going very well until today. To put a long story short: Kevin and I are having ongoing problems with Internet connection and it has been driving me crazy – almost literally.

Only until today Kevin and I were informed that the landlord has not connected any sort of Internet and home phone connection to the property, which therefore means we have been unable to connect to the Internet.

What happens now? What a fantastic question: Kevin and I have to wait until we hear back from the landlord informing us whether they even want to connect the Internet connection up to the property or not. So, in a nutshell and to put it bluntly, my fate is in their hands!

As of right now Kevin and I have been traveling to our parents’ household to use their Internet, which is not ideal considering we live approximately 20 minutes away (drive) from both of our parents.

So, now that I have unfolded my crisis to you, you can now also be aware that if I have not updated as of recently, you know why. And trust me, I wish it was in my control!

For now, here is a picture of a beautiful lounge room which is somewhat irrelevant but somewhat relevant? Oh, I don’t know! Give me a break, I am going crazy over here! (haha).

I can’t wait to show you and tell you all about our move.

I hope you’re all well.

  2. Take it as an opportunity to unplug a little! I have to say though, no Internet almost means no inspiration... and no drive for me!

  3. hope you get the internet situation fixed soon! try and enjoy your time without it in the meantime:-) i spent last summer without an internet connection (apart from using my mum's friends' internet to pay bills and stuff like that) and even though it felt daunting at first, i then really enjoyed myself and doing other things! xx
